One of the overload relays showing the reason for replacing the studs. The 1/2" BSW stud (soldered in place) had snapped or sheared. This has happened to five of these studs, all of which have been thoroughly checked.

The task of manufacturing several new high-voltage contactor studs has been carried out over the last week by Andrew Harper & Stuart Sellar. This shows the 5/8Previous | NextA completed stud, different threads at each end.
